The Queens-emcee also confirms appearances by T.I. and Fred The Godson.

In a recent conversation with RapUpTV, LL Cool Jconfirmed that his upcoming project, G.O.A.T. 2 will feature a guest appearance by Eminem. “Me and Em have a song,” says the Queens-emcee. “He recently just let me hear his verse and it’s crazy. He’s chainsawing shit. It’s good. I think people are going to be pleasantly surprised when they hear me and him on a record together. This is the first time we ever did something together.”

LL Cool J also revealed that T.I. and Fred The Godson are also featured on G.O.A.T. 2, which currently does not have a release date.

“We just got together just talking, vibing,” he said about his collaboration with T.I. “He had an idea that he wanted to send me. I thought it was a crazy idea and we just collaborated and put something together that I think people are gonna bug out on. It’s gonna be trippy. I got a lot of young gunners on this album—a lot of real hot young gunners. People that that are hungry and want to make the best music. It’s about the beats and the bars and the rhymes. It’s about being current and fresh and riveting—not a bunch of old tired 95 nugget ring bullshit. It’s newness. It’s fresh.”

In 2013, LL Cool J released Authentic which debuted at #23 on the Billboard Top 200, selling roughly 14,000 copies in its first week.

Cleveland Police Union Demands Apology After Browns Player Protest

The topic of police brutality invades the sports world once again.

Professional athletes have been very vocal in expressing their displeasure with police conduct as of late, along with the rest of the nation. Yesterday, two of Ohio’s NFL teams and division rivals the Cleveland Browns faced off against the Cincinnati Bengals, but prior to kickoff, all eyes were on Browns wide receiver Andrew Hawkins. The wide out approached the field sporting a t-shirt over his jersey that read “Justice for Tamir Rice – John Crawford” on the front and “The Real Battle of Ohio” on the back.Tamir Rice is the 12-year-old Cleveland boy who was shot dead by police in November after he was seen playing with a toy gun in a local park. His death was ruled a homicide by the coroner.

Similarly, 22-year-old John Crawford was shot and killed by police inside a Beavercreek, Ohio Wal-Mart this past August after he picked an air gun which was sold at the store. Though some might have appreciated Hawkins gesture, the President of the Cleveland police union, Jeff Follmer, took offense and demanded an apology from the Browns organization.

Jeff Follmer:

“It’s pretty pathetic when athletes think they know the law, “They should stick to what they know best on the field. The Cleveland Police protect and serve the Browns stadium, and the Browns organization owes us an apology.”

The Cleveland Browns released a statement standing by Hawkins and his freedom of self-expression.

“We have great respect for the Cleveland Police Department and the work that they do to protect and serve our city. We also respect our players’ rights to project their support and bring awareness to issues that are important to them if done so in a responsible manner.”

The response is strikingly similar to the St. Louis area bar that boycotted its hometownRams after several approached the field with their hands up, in protest of the Michael Brown shooting in nearby Ferguson.

A Woman Was Tasered & Dragged Out Of Her Car For Videotaping The Police

Written by kCAne MarkCO on . Posted in Blog

A Baltimore woman caught the PD in their own lie

Kianga Mwamba was driving home earlier this year–March 30 to be exact–when a nearby confrontation between an officer and a civilian peaked her interest. According to Mwamba, the police were kicking and using excessive force to arrest the man they were trying to take into custody, 27-year old Cordell Bruce, and she began to record the incident. About halfway through the video clip, which you can see above, a police officer notices Mwamba recording them and initially directs her to keep it moving. Mwamba doesn’t immediately react to the officer’s suggestion, which prompted the officer to walk up to Mwamba’s car and tell her to pull her car over, which is where things get dicey.

Mwamba asks repeatedly, “You telling me I can’t record?” before agreeing to park her car. Quite abruptly, Mwamba is cut off–verbally–and an officer is demanding that she get out of her car. Mwamba was then allegedly dragged out of the car, which explains the commotion that immediately follows the officer’s demands in the video. She can be heard screaming, “He’s burning me. He’s burning me,” and what sounds like a taser being used on her immediately follows that. Shortly after, a male officer is heard calling Mwamba a “dumb b*tch,” and Mwamba was soon arrested for trying to run over an officer–charges that were eventually dropped.

When authorities returned Mwamba’s phone to her, the video she took had “disappeared”, but she was able to recover it thanks to her Cloud account, and she is seeking $7 million in damages in a lawsuit that she’s brought upon the Baltimore City Police Department.
